Description
A beautiful soft pink background with Egrets, this Japanese wireless cloisonné (musen) enamel vase from the Meiji era (1868–1912), dating to approximately 1900. Unlike traditional cloisonné, the wires are removed before firing, resulting in a soft painterly look.
In good condition with surface wear consistent with age and use, no cracks or major flaws. Minor oxidization on the foot of the vase.
